**Job Purpose**

To manage and execute SEO strategies and digital media activities that enhance GIBS’s online visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and support lead generation for admissions. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on skills in SEO, social media, and digital campaigns tailored to the education industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO across GIBS’s website and landing pages.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work on site speed, mobile usability, and indexing issues.
- Manage off-page SEO strategies including link building and content syndication.
- Track keyword rankings, user engagement, and organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

**Digital Media Handling**
- Manage content publishing across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with admissions, webinars, events, and brand goals.
- Create and schedule engaging posts (images, reels, carousels, stories) in collaboration with designers.
- Monitor performance, audience insights, and social trends to improve engagement.

**Paid Advertising Support**
- Assist in planning and monitoring Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Work with the paid media team to support lead generation efforts.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, digital campaign results, and social media metrics.
- Offer insights and recommendations to improve content performance and lead generation.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media management.
- Photography skills is added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS (WordPress).
- Experience using social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and data analysis abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
