**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Gender**: Female
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Timings**: Flexible, based on student schedules

We are looking for a passionate and caring **Preschool Teacher (Field Home Tutoring)** to provide personalized early education to children at home in Thane. The role focuses on building strong learning foundations through interactive teaching methods and fostering holistic child development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct one-on-one or small group preschool sessions at students’ homes.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to children’s needs.
- Introduce age-appropriate activities to encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Use storytelling, play-based learning, and hands-on activities to make sessions fun.
- Maintain progress records and provide feedback to parents.
- Encourage discipline, creativity, and curiosity in children.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori training preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Patient, creative, and enthusiastic about teaching young children.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with parents and families.
