**Job description**

3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

- 3D Modelling: Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs, including exteriors, interiors, and landscape elements.
- Rendering: Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar).
- Visualization: Develop and present visual concepts that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Animation: Create architectural animations and walkthroughs to enhance client presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure that visualizations align with project requirements and deadlines.
- Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our visualizations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Relevant certifications in 3D visualization or animation are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in the architecture or real estate industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Artistic Skills: Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and composition to create realistic visualizations.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision and accuracy in creating visualizations that reflect design intent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
