**Job (Assignment) Title: Senior Purchase / Material Buyer**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Insert duties
- Please list at least 5 duties / accountabilities.
- **Procurement of items viz sheet metal cabinets, wire harness, fuses, switchgear, Class C items etc.**:

- **Releasing of POs w.r.t. MRP released by Planning Department.**:

- **Follow-up and coordination with Suppliers for timely delivery ( On time Delivery ) of material**:

- **Inventory Optimization, Controlled day-wise incoming material for space optimization at plant**:

- **Other tasks: Supplier OTD (Delivery Rating), Buying Plan estimation, monitoring & control, Open POs monitoring, etc.**:

- **Knowledge of Imports & Shipment Terms, Customs Clearance.**:

- **Hand-on Experience on Supplier Management, Material Ordering, Tracking**

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Engineering Diploma / Degree, Material Management Degree/ Diploma.
- Minimum 5-7 Years experience in Purchase dept.
