**Role Summary - Assistant (Exports)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing export documentation like invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for smooth shipment flow.
- Maintain records and data entry in **Tally Prime** (intermediate-level usage).
- Follow up with customers for payments, shipping updates, and document confirmation.
- Ensure compliance with basic export regulations and documentation checks.
- Communicate with internal departments like accounts, production, and logistics.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of **Import-Export operations** and trade terms (Incoterms).
- Experience in **Tally Prime** - data entry, ledger review, and basic accounting support.
- Well-organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Graduate with experience in export support or similar roles preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
