**Role Summary**:
A Marketing executiveworks to improve an organization’s market position around the glob and achieve financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. They will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize customized sales strategies to build and maintain business relationships with current, potential and focused clients.
- Creating informative presentation to promote our products, company, customer satisfaction, scope and etc.,
- Preparing, Presenting and delivering informations at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, conferences and where ever required.
- Identify, evaluate, solicit, and follow-up with targets through multiple sales, communications, and marketing methods.
- Initiate and develop relationships with key prospects to identify and meet prospects’ business needs.
- Meet revenue targets from new and existing customers.
- Resolve client issues engaging support channels as required.
- Attending clients meeting and responding to their needs.
- Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients.
- Work on accelerating the growth of our company.
- Create and implement successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Experiment with a range of organic and paid acquisition channels including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer life-cycles, making sure communications and messaging are aligned across all channels.
- Create engaging and useful content for our website and blog that will attract and convert our target customers.
- Strong mentally enough to work under pressure and without complaint.
- Establish strategic relationships and business agreement with customers and targeted customers.
- Ensure the marketing budget is prepared and monitored annually and that funds are allocated effectively.
- Utilize customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, generate more qualified leads and increase customer conversions.
- Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors position in market.
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the Reporting Authority and Top Management.
- Required to be growth-oriented and be dynamic to meet up with the pace of competitors and overtake them towards re-positioning the organization at the apex in their preferred niche.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for promotion of products, company and service.
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and prepare extensive written and verbal reports.
- Responds to collected data and other feedback by adjusting marketing campaigns and plans as appropriate.
- Involves in building business network, as well as improving on company’s relationship, and with clients through top quality service delivery and enticing service representation.
- Maintain relationships with customers to ensure project success.
- Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals.
- Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals.
- Following up all the duties assigned by the head of the department.
- Work with the management team and other staff towards fostering better business success for GEECO.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:
Experience : 2 - 7 Years

Education Qualification : Any UG / PG degre
