**Job Purpose**:
A. Organise and co-ordinate various Land acquisition related activities / Collective bargaining with villagers / farmers.
B. Liaisioning with the, Revenue dept. in connection with the land related matters.
C. Build-up the public relation with the nearby villagers / farmers, Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among and maintain the core values of the company.

**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
Dhar Cement Works is integrated cement plant equipped with modern technology with an installed capacity of 6 MTPA, cement production capacity of 5.2MTPA with WHRS for power generation (33 MW) and open cast mines. It manufacturers OPC 43, OPC 53 ,PPC, PPC Special grade of cement. Our Unit have AFR processing facilities to support our TSR.

Land Acquisition for Lime stone excavation & Plant expansion are the major role in the organisation. It is part of sustainability oriented work which help in life expansion of the Plant.
Build-up the public relation with the nearby villagers / farmers, NGO, Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among them to maintain the core values of the company.
Grievance handling of the nearby villagers / farmers areas through counselling & amicable discussion.
To assist for purchasing of the land as per approved mining excavation plan within sanction ML.
Organise and coordinate various activities related to purchase of land.
? Verification of land papers / Owners.
? Type of land (Irrigated/Non Irrigated / Beed).
? Title Search from revenue records.
? Status of physical possession.
? Land Possession and ensuring no encroachment on acquired land.

Major challenges:
a. Acquisition of critical patches of land nearby border area of Mining Lease.
b. Eviction of encroachment of land nearby border area of Mining Lease.
c. Demand of higher compensation in lieu of land.
d. Demand of employment in lieu of land.
e. Behaviour of villagers / farmers.
f. Stoppage of blasting activities in mining areas for fulfilment of undue compensation demand.
g. Mining activity nearby village residential areas.
h. Shifting of houses in mining area if any
i. Mutation of old purchased land.
