**Job Summary**

The Vehicle & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's transportation and logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Route Planning & Optimization**:

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to schedule deliveries.

**2. Fleet Management**:

- Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.
- Ensure vehicle compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

**3. Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve any logístical issues or delays.

**4. Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics and transportation management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid Heavy driver's license (preferred).
- Experience in managing a team of drivers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
