**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock-in and stock-out transactions.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure proper accountability.
- Reorder supplies as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Material Handling**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments for quality and quantity.
- Label and organize goods in designated storage areas.
- Issue items to staff or departments as per requests or requisitions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, and returns of inventory.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.
- Update and manage inventory software or manual records as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure materials are stored safely and securely in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the condition of stored items to prevent damage or deterioration.
- Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for order follow-ups and returns.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to streamline operations.
- Supervise assistants or helpers, if applicable.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Any graduation (Accounts preferred)
- Prior experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and movement of heavy items (if required).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
