**Roles And Responsibilities**

**Strategic Design Leadership**
- Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design strategies that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in design, staying ahead of trends and industry developments to ensure designs are cutting-edge and impactful.

**Creative Direction**
- Lead the creative direction for projects, guiding the design team in translating client briefs into visually compelling solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new design concepts.

**Brand Stewardship**
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' brand guidelines and values.
- Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for design choices that uphold and enhance the client's brand identity.

**Collaborative Engagement**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and developers to integrate design seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns.
- Facilitate productive brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering an environment of collaboration and idea-sharing.

**Mentorship and Development**
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, nurturing their growth and development through constructive feedback and support.
- Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement within the design team, organizing workshops and training sessions to expand knowledge and expertise.

**Quality Assurance**
- Uphold high standards of design excellence and quality assurance, conducting thorough reviews to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of design assets to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for design-related matters.
- Actively seek feedback from clients, incorporating their input into design revisions and iterations to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**
- Champion innovation within the design team, exploring new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
