- ** Data Management**: They are responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining data related to CRM operations. This includes information about clients, workers, assignments, billing, payments, and other relevant metrics.
- ** Reporting**: They generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, expenses, profitability, employee utilization rates, client satisfaction, and compliance metrics. These reports help management track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- ** Database Administration**: They oversee the administration of databases and information systems used to store and retrieve data related to contract staffing. This may involve ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility, as well as optimizing database performance.
