The Bump is a leading digital resource for parents and parents-to-be as they navigate pregnancy and life with a little one. We create expert-backed, best-in-class content to inform, inspire, support and empower families along their TTC, pregnancy and parenting journeys. To that end, we take pride in developing articles that help guide our readers on the types of products they need along the journey and which brands make the best options on the market. This is based on extensive market research, health and safety guidance from experts and parents’ firsthand experience with those products. We’re seeking a product testing coordinator to join our Editorial team and help facilitate our product testing program and other editorial initiatives. This coordinator will be charged with managing communications with brands and product testers, organizing and tracking shipments, ensuring deliverables are submitted on deadline and helping editors stay up-to-date on product launches.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establish and manage ongoing communication with brand representatives to secure product samples and stay abreast of new product launches
- Manage communication with product testers to confirm contracts, product deliveries and payments, and follow up on testing feedback submissions (scorecards, images, video) to ensure that deadlines and quality requirements are met
- Liaise with editors, brands and product testers to organize and track product shipments
- Work with our Legal team to create third party brands agreements when needed
- Purchase and track shipments of products when samples cannot be provided
- Support the e-commerce team in various editorial initiatives

**SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- Minimum education (if applicable): Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum experience (if applicable): 2+ years
- Full fluency (both speaking and writing) in English
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit
