At **Get Catalyzed**, we manage lead generation ad campaigns for clients such as B2B companies, coaches, and eCommerce store owners. As part of our growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with **Sachin Jangir**, our founder with 8 years of expertise in digital marketing and paid advertising, to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a confident **Performance Marketing Executive** to handle client campaigns with a result-oriented approach.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Campaign Management**:

- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.

**Error Management**:

- Monitor and fix errors in campaigns, creatives, and online content promptly.

**Reporting**:

- Provide detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

**Trend Updates**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

**Qualifications**

**Experience**: 1-3 years in performance marketing or paid advertising campaigns.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing strategies.

**Knowledge**: Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and strategies.

**Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.

**Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
