**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Communicating with buyers by mail (mostly) for new queries as well as updates.

2. Meeting with vendors and explaining new development requirement.

3. Planning for new season sampling and production orders

4. Follow up with vendors for samples.

5. Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback

6. Update the buyers with the order status at all stages.

7. Execution of running orders (production).

8. Visit to vendor site.

9. Sourcing of materials for new development.

10. Preparation of material requirement

11. Selection and finalizing of vendors for the upcoming orders based on vendors experience of making similar products.

12. Costing and negotiation with trim accessory suppliers.

13. Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production.

14. Acquire new Client for the home furnishing Products.

15. You will resolve buyersall queries related with developments, sampling, approvals, order confirmation, production and dispatch.

16. You will manage payments and account receivables from customers.

for Merchandiser (export house)

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous merchandising experience in home furnishings.
2. Strong negotiation skills and production coordination expertise.
3. Familiarity with export order documentation and compliance.
4. Experience with testing agencies like Bureau Veritas or Intertek.
5. Effective communication skills for buyer interactions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
