**Position: Fashion Stylist Photo Studio (FPS)**

**Job Type: Office based full time Contract(OFFROLL)**

**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily accountable for management and coordination of day to day running of photography and Video studio
Style the shoot of each garment by careful coordination, keeping in mind key trends, shoot formats and guidelines, and TAT
Working closely with photographer, videographer, studio assistants and Stock Management Team to coordinate flow of garments
Should have a keen eye on quality, be fashion conscious, understanding of global trends and be able to build credibility with peers as a result.
Should have a good eye for selecting the props.
Take up overall responsibility of his/her designated studio in terms of quality and integrity of the brands being maintained

Ensuring volumes targets and TAT is maintained

Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last minute requests.
**Regularly review the photo studio operational processes, suggesting and implementing changes to improve productivity.**
**To create & ensure Catalog images meet global standards of quality, styling, editing and consistent progression in improvements. Creativity in Catalog and Marketing images**
**Should be capable to build trends**
**Source Styling coordinates as per current trends and guidelines**
**Meet daily studio productivity targets while maintaining the quality benchmark.**

**Qualifications & Experience required**:
