Qc Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Quality Control Executive with a

solid understanding of filter media, technical/industrial fabrics, and polymer-based

materials. The role involves performing and supervising quality checks across raw

materials, in-process stages, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry

and customer-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials (fibers, yarns, polymers,

chemicals) used in the production of filter fabrics and media
- Perform in-process checks during manufacturing stages such as web

formation, needling, coating, lamination, calendaring, and finishing
- Carry out final product testing and validation for:

- GSM (Gram per Square Meter)
- Thickness
- Tensile & Burst Strength
- Air Permeability (Frazier/DIN method)
- Filtration Efficiency & Pressure Drop (as per customer/ISO/ASTM

standards)
- Document test reports, inspection logs, and maintain product traceability

records
- Operate and calibrate lab testing instruments such as UTM, air permeability

testers, GSM cutters, MFI testers, thickness gauges, etc.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive

actions for customer complaints and internal non-conformances
- Support internal/external quality audits (ISO 9001, 14001, customer audits)
- Collaborate with production and R&D for continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Knowledge of technical têxtiles, especially nonwoven, needle-punched,

woven, or laminated filter fabrics
- Familiarity with testing standards: ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BIS
- Understanding of polymer behavior (e.g., PP, PET, PTFE) in têxtile and filter
- Ability to analyze quality issues and implement structured solutions (RCA, CAPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic ERP or LIMS software
- Strong communication and reporting skill

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
