- Graduate and/ or Diploma in footwear technology from FDDI/CFTI/GLI etc.**Experience**:

**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- To do the Quality check in every stage of the process as well as the final product such as Shoe on running Finishing Conveyor.
- To ensure quality compliance as per quality norms.

**Customer Oriented**
- To follow up with the production team for quality & delivery improvements on regular basis.

**People Oriented**
- To intimate higher ups in case of any deviation w.r.t quality or material if found.
- Interaction with Production supervisor/Incharge to confirm the quality requirement.

**Internal Business Process**
- Control of process parameters as per quality requirement.
- To get the Quality check report signed from concerned officials.
