**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

1) Design, dimension and formulate robust BSS network for smooth operation of day to day network and support integration of network.

2) New 2G and 3G Node integration and existing node expansion to support smooth rollout

3) Link planning with BCs, MME, SGSN/GGSN and implementation in respective nodes.

4) Study and implement new feature /new trial for enhanced performance.

5) New OSS integration and solution design implementation

6) New ABIS and IUB link interface planning to suffice network capacity

7) Mw Network planning and support for BSS team for day to day operation

8) Inventory management and material reco for BTS/Mw equipment

9) Support Core team with new MME, SGW and MGW addition in LTE network

10) BSC/BTS re parenting plans based on optimal BSC/LAC boundaries and traffic requirements.

11) LAC and TAC planning for new/Existing Node and Erlangs Traffic Optimization.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 12-14 years Expertise in Nokia & Ericsson Equipment Radio/Mw Planning and optimization in 2g/3g/LTE

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- BE/B. Tech
- Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning
- 12-14 Years experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies
