RealBetter is a modern marketplace platform startup based in Gurugram, focused on the real estate sector, specifically agents and builders. They aim to simplify technology in real estate transactions and are currently a growing team of 30 members working primarily from the office.

**Job Summary**

**Salary Range**: 5 Lakhs

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana

**Years of Experience Required**: 1 - 3 years

**Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 Days

**Mode of Interview**: F2F

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients within the assigned area focusing on real estate industry.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Onboard new agents and build a strong network.
- Pitch product & services and generate business through meetings and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate technology solutions to prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed company sales targets.

**SkillsMust-Have Skills**
- Sales experience in the SAAS background IT, Technology, or Real estate sectors.
- Prior experience in sales.
- Client Relationship, Client Acquisition, Lead generation, cold calling.

**Good-to-Have Skills**
- Experience in B2C sales, Proptech, or E-commerce.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in Field sales would be an added advantage.
