**Skills Required**:
- MS/Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related field is required.
- 3+ years of Python experience is required.
- High level of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills
- Capable of performing statistical computations and simulations.
- Capable of establishing strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners in order to achieve higher performance.
- Extremely motivated to drive innovation by raising the bar and challenging the status quo
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Design, analyze, and report clinical trials or other scientific research studies is required.
- Develop protocols and/or statistical analysis plans independently, including details for programming implementation.
- Make recommendations for appropriate analytical designs for a wide range of data and analyze data for outcome evaluation.
- Use statistical methods and approaches to create, complete, and analyze research projects.
- Work with clinical statistics, data sciences, statistical programming, and other stakeholders to evaluate existing databases, including clinical studies and real-world databases.
- Create detailed and actionable evidence generation analysis plans in order to deliver high-quality evidence and insights to drive decisions.
- Recognize and report data problems or violations of study assumptions.
- Provide specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets.
- Carry out independent statistical analyses following the analysis plan.
- Identify and anticipate issues that may arise during the study design, conduct, and propose scientifically sound solutions.
**Experience**
3-15 yrs.
**Education Qualification**
MS/Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related field is required.
