**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create A+ content for Amazon listings to improve product presentation and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and objectives.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.

**Mandatory Experience and Skills**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital advertising and e-commerce.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience creating Meta Ads content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Solid understanding of A+ content creation for Amazon and its impact on product listing optimization.
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing high-quality design work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion-driven design is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
