**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at HELIX, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital channels. From crafting engaging social media content to designing polished pitch decks and marketing assets, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent branding. This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and detail-oriented, with a solid design foundation and an interest in Web3.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand & Visual Content Creation**
- Design eye-catching graphics for Twitter, LinkedIn, and other community platforms
- Create clean, professional pitch decks for internal and external presentations Develop vector illustrations, icons, and visual assets for motion design and videos

**Collaboration & Brand Consistency**
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across static and animated content
- Maintain and evolve HELIX’s visual language across all materials Iterate on designs based on team feedback and campaign needs

**Creative Exploration**
- Stay up-to-date on design, motion, and UI trends in both Web2 and Web3 spaces
- Contribute fresh ideas and visual concepts to support campaigns and product rollouts

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience with presentation tools like Canva or PowerPoint
- Skilled in creating vector graphics, icons, and custom illustrations
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail A portfolio demonstrating work in social media design, pitch decks, and design assets for motion graphics

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-native design trends
- Understanding of UI/UX principles or experience in product design workflows
