A leading name in the insurance industry, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Claim Support and Customer Support teams based in our Hyderabad office. As part of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with exceptional service, assisting them through their insurance claims process, and addressing any inquiries they have with professionalism and empathy.

**Claim Support Duties**:

- Assist customers in filing insurance claims, providing clear guidance on required documentation and procedures.
- Update customers on the status of their claims, ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the claim processing team to expedite claim resolutions and customer satisfaction

**Customer Support Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Retain customer satisfaction by offering prompt resolutions and follow-ups on pending issues.

**Qualifications** Education and Experience**:

- Graduates Only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to ethical conduct
