**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Provide product or service information to customers and assist in resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote relevant services or products to clients.
- Record call information, manage customer accounts, and update information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement customer service strategies.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Meet established targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
