**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **basic bookkeeping** and maintain accurate records.
- Manage **travel arrangements**, prepare documents, presentation materials, and coordinate facilities for meetings.
- Oversee **office and store equipment** maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Supervise **printing, photocopying, and office system management** to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and manage **cloud kitchen operations remotely** on a day-to-day basis.
- Order, store, and distribute **office and store supplies** while tracking inventory.
- Manage **vendors, housekeeping staff**, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Oversee **pest control schedules** and compliance across all stores in India.
- Ensure **mobile devices and security cameras** are functional and well-maintained across all locations.
- Execute other **day-to-day administrative activities** to support smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple locations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
