**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-operative Care**:

- Assist with patient assessments, including medical history review and identifying potential risks or contraindications.
- Prepare patients for surgery, including administering medications as directed and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Educate patients about the hair transplant procedure, including expectations, potential side effects, and post-operative care instructions.
- **Intra-operative Care**:

- Provide direct assistance to the surgeon during hair transplant procedures, including:

- **TT (Trichophytic Closure)**: Assisting with the closure technique.
- **Test Dose**: Assisting in administering the test dose of local anesthesia.
- **Local Anesthesia**: Assisting with the administration of local anesthesia to patients.
- **Graft Counting**: Accurately counting and documenting the number of harvested grafts.
- Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.
- Handling and preserving hair grafts with utmost care.
- Assisting with donor hair extraction and recipient site preparation.
- Maintaining a sterile and organized surgical field.
- **Post-operative Care**:

- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and activity restrictions.
- Monitor patients for any complications and address concerns promptly.
- Assist with scheduling and conducting follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- **Support for Other Procedures**:

- Assist with other dermatological procedures as needed, such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy and GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate).
- **Clinic Maintenance**:

- Contribute to a clean and organized clinic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), Operation Theatre Technician, or if you have any of these qualifications you can apply.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interest in dermatology and hair restoration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
