**Job description**

**DRAWLINES CONSULT **is looking for a **PROJECT ESTIMATOR **in our **Hyderabad office** and we are looking for an enthusiastic & dynamic project estimator to join our team.

**Drawlines **is among the leading BIM & CAD design solution firms. We build success and repute for our clients with high-quality and cost-effective BIM modeling, CAD drafting, Design Support, Interior design, and Engineering Workforce solutions. Over the years, we have partnered in delivering numerous small, medium, and mega projects across GCC and India.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing plans, bills of quantities, and other project documentation in order to estimate costs
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
- Continually updates technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
- A minimum of 3+ years as an estimator or similar role.
- Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software (MS Office Suite, **Revit,** and CAD)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
