**Role: Customer Love Executive**

- Seniors & Mothers who have dropped off the workforce but want to get back
- Physically differently-abled folks who might have travelling constraints
- Anyone who could not complete their education due to life happening at the wrong time
- Everyone else is also welcome, but preference would be given to the above-mentioned folks.

**Location:** The office is currently on the 4thFloor, Krislon House, Kishanlal Marwah Marg, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai.

**Remote Work**: 100% remote work is possible, based on your circumstances. We would love to have you at our office if you can make it though :)

**CTC**: INR 3L - INR 4L per annum

**In-Hand Salary**: 21 - 29 thousand per month (roughly).

In a world of loud claims and quiet disclaimers, we mention all of the 1 to 7 kitchen ingredients used in our products legibly in the front of our packs, because we have nothing to hide. Bad faith actors use the nuances and technicalities in food, fitness and nutrition to confuse people and prevent them from educated choices, so we go the other way. The Customer Love function at The Whole Truth isn’t like customer support elsewhere.

We invest significant time and resources in it with a simple premise: every interaction with a consumer, especially one which starts with a negative experience, is an opportunity to not just solve their concern or query and leave them satisfied, but to wow them and win them for life.

The Customer Love function is at the forefront of consumer interactions, both reactive and proactive at the company, and is responsible for guarding the consumer experience pre, during and post-purchase.

**Skills**:
Great verbal & written communication skills

Ability to anticipate & prevent, rather than just react & resolve

Ability to learn specific IT tools: fairly simple ones

**Edge**:
Experience in handling people. Kids, and adults, all count :)
