**Job Title**: Architectural Visualizer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce **photorealistic 3D renderings**, illustrations, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts to create detailed and accurate visual outputs.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine visual storytelling and maintain design intent.
- Use a range of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and post-production techniques to achieve high-quality visuals.
- Develop **presentation packages**, including concept boards, diagrams, and immersive visual content.
- Work on still images, panoramas, VR experiences, and fly-through videos when needed.
- Manage and maintain organized 3D asset libraries and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of visual content according to project schedules.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and new rendering techniques.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools such as:

- 3ds Max / SketchUp/ACAD
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
- Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator
- Strong eye for detail, color, composition, and spatial awareness.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for architecture, design, and storytelling through visuals.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualization work is required.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with animation
- Knowledge of architectural workflows and construction documentation.
- Understanding of materiality, lighting, and real-world physics in rendering.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagarbhavi II Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
