**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Growth Strategies**: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to expand our brand’s reach and impact.
- **Community Building**: Engage with online and offline communities to nurture relationships, increase loyalty, and drive meaningful interactions.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost visibility and user engagement.
- **Brand Positioning**: Collaborate with the team to refine brand messaging and maintain consistency across platforms.
- **Event Promotion**: Support the promotion and execution of workshops, webinars, and other community events to enhance outreach.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and analyze market trends for growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing an **MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.**:

- Passion for **growth marketing, brand strategy, and community engagement.**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (social media, analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to explore innovative ideas.
