Sales & Marketing for Exports Company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales, with a focus on international markets preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with sporting goods or the sports industry is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound tele-calling to potential international clients for the promotion and marketing of our sporting goods products.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential customers, keeping track of communication details and follow-up actions.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our sporting goods.
- Identify and assess the needs of prospective clients to provide tailored solutions and address inquiries related to our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that drive lead generation and sales conversion.
- Engage in market research to understand global trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the sporting goods industry.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and the overall effectiveness of telecalling efforts.
- Assist in coordinating international shipping and logistics for client orders in collaboration with the operations team.
- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport during telecalling interactions, building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Support in resolving customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
