**Job Description: Mechanical Diploma Fitter**

**Department**: Maintenance / Production / Quality
**Location**: SUPA, Ahmednagar
**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI Fitter
**Experience**: 0 to 3 years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Maintenance**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Maintain records of machine servicing and repairs

**Production**
- Operate mechanical machines like lathe, milling, drilling, etc.
- Follow work instructions and meet daily production targets
- Ensure machine setups and cleaning are done as per SOPs

**Quality**
- Inspect components using measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, gauges)
- Follow quality procedures and report any defects
- Support quality audits and maintain inspection records

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and machine tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
