**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business while ensuring alignment with company policies.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences to ensure client satisfaction and business success.
- **Customer Service**: Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role.
