1. Own and manage e2e project related work in DR projects space. 2. Explore latest technologies along with Appt/Infra/Vendor teams and various options available in the market which could help us reduce our RTO & RPO. 3. Ensure to work along with identified DR vendors for integrating all the identified set of applications in DR Tool. 4. Key task would be to help with your experience in doing complete automation of workflows for all components, wherever possible. 5. Align your automation to meet the defined RTO/RPO by the management committee on the best effort basis. 6. Schedule and conduct regular meetings with application leads for onboarding new apps in DR tool. 7. Ensure that BIA/AIA is complete and App leads have got the category defined for their application before integrating with CP tool. 8. Try to reduce the application integration time with DR tool and help bring maximum applications under the DR tool purview. 9. Work closely with Application, Network and Infrastructure teams to ensure our infra/network capacity is always up to the mark to cater to our growing DR requirements. If we are falling short of capacity, then raise a flag with relevant and management teams to get the issue addressed. 10. Provide weekly reports with the help of vendors and maintain the dashboard as part of management update. 11. Responsible for design and planning in project phase with help from Infra/Network/App/OEMs. 12. Successful UAT testing and ensuring all the parameters are passed for e2e automation of workflows before handing over to DR Ops team for Live testing. 13. Maintaining all relevant documentations as part of project phase and for handover process as well. 14. Person will also be responsible for BAU DR Ops which will be your secondary/backup role. 15. Configuration and reconfiguration of applications in scope. 16. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 17. Proficient in MS Office for documentation with good presentation skills.
