**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from trucks, containers, or other transport vehicles.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Allocate tasks to laborers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team for vehicle arrival, scheduling, and priority shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage or shortages and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading/unloading area.
- Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments and prepare daily activity reports.
- Handle minor disputes or issues among laborers and escalate major concerns to the manager.
- Conduct training or briefing sessions for new laborers on safety and work procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th Pass; Higher Secondary or Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Poultry feed industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to loading/unloading.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of recordkeeping and reporting.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/warehouse conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,060.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
