**Job Summary**:
The joinery carpenter will oversee and coordinate the activities of carpenters and related workers engaged in the construction, installation, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of carpentry techniques and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Lead and manage a team of carpenters, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.
- **Project Management**: Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to carpenters based on project requirements and deadlines. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and guidance to carpentry staff, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- **Material Management**: Coordinate the selection, ordering, and delivery of materials. Ensure optimal use of resources and minimize waste.
- **Safety Compliance**: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
