- _**Lead Generation & Prospecting**:_
- Conduct market research to identify potential students interested.
- _**Sales Strategy & Execution**:_
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and offer tailored educational solutions.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through strong sales tactics, follow-up strategies, and personalized consultations.
- _**Presentation & Consultation**:_
- Present the institute’s programs, workshops, and certifications to prospective students, providing detailed explanations of benefits and career outcomes.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to promote the institute’s offerings.
- _**Sales Reporting & Target Achievement**:_
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- Track and report on the status of leads, sales activities, and enrollment figures.
- Analyze data and feedback to refine the sales approach and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Becholer's degree in Counseling, management or related field
- Strong communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
