**Key Responsibilities**:
Implementing the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework within the Early Years setting.
Planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that cater to individual learning needs and promote inquiry-based learning.
Creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social-emotional development.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary units of inquiry that align with IB standards and cater to the holistic growth of students.
Assessing student progress through ongoing observation, formative assessments, and authentic tasks, while maintaining accurate records of their development.
Establishing positive partnerships with parents/guardians to foster a cohesive learning community and provide regular updates on students' progress.
Actively participating in professional development opportunities and staying updated on best practices in Early Years education and IB pedagogy.

** Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a relevant field. IB certification or experience with the IB curriculum is highly desirable.
Prior experience working with children in an Early Years setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of child development and educational methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners.
Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for fostering inquiry-based learning experiences.
