Job description

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and translate to communication design solutions with high visual impact. You will work on a variety of projects and will be working in the Creative Media department. You will need to work in tandem with the Digital Marketing Team.

Position: Jr./Sr. Graphic Designer

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Qualification: Bachelor in Design, Bachelor in Applied / Commercial Art.

Job Location: Bavdhan, Pune This is work from office position

**Salary**: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement and execute innovative & creative ideas for developing and implementing communication strategies of the organisation.
- Creating appealing images that can be posted over various social media platforms.
- Should possess an excellent understanding of designing for the new age digital media.
- Should be well-versed with designing creative content for social media like Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Should have good knowledge about various print collaterals.
- Should show his/her creative side often in branding of the company's various marketing/ communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- He/ she should possess a thorough understanding of photography and typography.
- He/ she should have excellent computer skills in the relevant art and design software packages.
- He/ she should be able to work under pressure and should be highly motivated and well organized.
- Should possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conceptual understanding of design elements, color and composition is a must.
- He/ she should have the ability to brainstorm and mock up design ideas.

UG : Bachelor of Design, BFA Applied Arts, BFA Commercial Art

PG : M.Des. - Master of Design, MFA Applied Arts, MFA Commercial Art

Key Skills: Adobe Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & other adobe premier)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
