Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all guests are logged in and directed to the appropriate areas or
personnel.
Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members, taking messages when necessary.
Scheduling & Appointments: Manage appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming bookings. Maintain an organized calendar
for meetings and events.
Administrative Support: Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing documents, and assisting with general administrative duties as
needed.
« Managing Correspondence: Receive and sort incoming mail and packages, ensuring they are distributed to the correct departments or individuals.
Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming for guests and employees.
Ensure Security Protocols: Adhere to company security procedures by ensuring that visitors are properly checked in and out of the building and
follow any relevant health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with various departments (e.g., HR, KM & Technical & Finance) to ensure seamless communication and
support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
