**Responsibilities**:
**Client Onboarding**: Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.and also got incentives as per the client onboarding.
**Communication**: Establish effective communication channels to engage with clients remotely, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
**Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
**Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive onboarding process.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and onboarding progress.
**Feedback Collection**: Actively seek client feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to relevant teams.
**Remote Events**: Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events to promote products/services and engage with potential clients.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in client onboarding, customer service, or related roles.
**Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
**Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
**Customer-Focused**: A customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring client success.
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.
**Problem-Solving**: Proven ability to identify challenges and proactively find solutions.
**Team Player**: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to work closely with different teams to achieve common goals.
**Organization**: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
**Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work setting.
