Position Title: Receptionist (Male)

Location:, Thane West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain and update the visitor register and appointment logs
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails and deliveries.Handle outgoing couriers and maintain courier records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and reception area
- Manage office stationery and inventory.
- Provide administrative support such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents
- Help schedule and prepare meeting rooms (e.g., setup, water, stationery)Maintain records of staff in/out timing.
- Support the HR/Admin department in day-to-day operational tasks
- Ensure guests/clients are comfortable and offered refreshments as needed.Handle basic follow-up calls for inquiries or scheduling
- Keep an eye on front office supplies and ensure smooth operations
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Presentable, polite, and professional behaviorWell-organized and punctualAbility to multitask and handle pressure calmly
- Prior experience as receptionist/front desk executive will be an added advantage
