What You'll Do

The Commerce Team is responsible for all processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Quote to Order, Renewal to Booking, B2B and key processes in the customer/partner journey.

As a Business Analyst, you will develop creative solutions for real business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital technologies.

You will:

- Develop solutions to address complex problems
- Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software & hardware engineers.
- Work closely with Scrum Master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.
- A strategic partner to the business with deep understanding of their processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system’s needs.
- Work with all business partners to understand the requirements and provide robust solution architecture for Renewals, Quote and Ordering, B2B processes.
- Work on strategic programs to help enable the desired business outcomes. Work on multiple projects and partner with peers from across the Cisco business units.
- Identify the business impacts, perform process analysis, detail the Solution design, user stories and conduct functional testing. Manage effective communication between partners and multi-functional teams. Work with engineering teams in building, testing and implementing the capabilities.
- Conduct solution reviews, users demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work with business partners as well as your team of data and IT professionals, scrum teams, and other business analysts. You'll get to work with leaders in the industry to craft the future of Cisco's customer and partner lifecycle.

Who You Are
- Familiar with Requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners.
- Must have 10+ year’s IT experience with a BS degree. MS in Computer Science or Information Science is plus
- Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies
- Have deep understanding of Renewals systems - custom or packaged
- Have strong exposure to SaaS and HaaS business models
- Have a basic understanding of downstream processes such as Billing, Mediation, Invoicing, Revenue Allocation, Revenue Recognition.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, who can work both independently and multi-functionally
- Fun, highly upbeat personality; standout colleague that works well in a fast-paced and driven environment with expectations to deliver high-impact value to the company
- Ability to travel 1-2x month, USA-based (occasional international)
