**Recruiting Function: Content Execution & Delivery (CED)**

The Content Execution & Delivery (CED) function in QuoDeck works towards designing, developing, and executing Ggame-based l eLearning content and videos for external clients as well as QuoDeck’s own repository of ready content.

CED works closely with other teams in areas such as sales, tech and key account management. The function’s focus is to deliver creative, innovative, understandable, and engaging learning content, while following a set of streamlined processes that reduce time to delivery, as well as assure quality. The

CED team manages the delivery process from end-to-end, and encompasses concept design, storyboarding, media authoring, graphic design, media integration

& quality assurance.

CED represents QuoDeck in its interactions with clients and partners. It is a custodian of the QuoDeck Brand and plays a major role in customer engagement and customer experience management..

**Position: Intern Storyboarders/Storytellers Graphic Designer**

**Brief**

The Graphic Designer or Visual Designer function in QuoDeck works towards developing and executing elearning(videos, Graphics), marketing, and sales collaterals etc.

The entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with Execution, Marketing and Sales team to develop collaterals
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Develop Visual Storyboards along with the script writer
- Video making with brand guidelines (must have)

**Requirements for the role**
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign,

Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience on Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

**Compensation**:

- Probation period of 3 months, confirmation on the basis of the performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
