- **Developing and Implementing Fire Safety Plans**: Create evacuation plans, designate assembly points, and conduct fire drills to prepare occupants for emergencies.

- **Training Staff on Fire Safety Procedures**: Educate employees on fire safety protocols, including how to use fire extinguishers, how to evacuate safely, and how to respond to alarms.

- **Coordinating Evacuations During Emergencies**: Guide occupants to safety during a fire, ensuring a smooth and orderly evacuation, and conduct headcount to confirm everyone is accounted for.
