**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and Create Designs**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts based on project requirements.
- Design visual elements for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website assets.
- **Brand Development**:

- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand's messaging and goals.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Prioritize tasks and deadlines to meet project goals.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Make revisions and adjustments as necessary.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to integrate visual and textual elements cohesively.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
