**What You’ll Do**:
- ** Source & Engage Talent** through platforms like Phenom, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus programs.
- ** Build Talent Pipelines** for current and future business needs.
- ** Manage the Hiring Process** end-to-end, ensuring speed, quality, and fairness in every stage.
- ** Partner with Stakeholders** as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.
- ** Negotiate Offers** and manage documentation with transparency and professionalism.
- ** Leverage Technology & Data** (Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn, Power BI, etc.) to drive efficiency, insights, and smarter hiring decisions.
- ** Promote Diversity & Inclusion** by monitoring and driving fair hiring practices.
**What You Bring**:
- Proven experience in **end-to-end recruitment** (corporate or consulting).
- Strong **stakeholder management** and **relationship-building** skills.
- Proficiency in **Workday**, **Phenom**, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent **communication and negotiation** abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.
