Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist Job Description A Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood from patients, which is used for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. They also may organize and maintain patient records, including information regarding the quantity of blood drawn and the patient’s history. Additionally, Phlebotomists interact with hospital staff, such as nurses and physicians.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
- National or state certification as a phlebotomist.
- Knowledge of laboratory quality safety standards.
- Ability to draw blood without difficulty and with a minimum of discomfort to the patient.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work proficiently as part of a team.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Ability to display high levels of professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with patients. - Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.03 - ₹14,000.01 per month
