**Job Description**:
Need one resource with experience in VMS ,HP Unix & Connect Direct with 5 to 6 years hands on experience

Facility Management Services - VMS HP Unix, JIT & connect direct

VMS HP Unix, JIT & Connect direct Management
- Strong Knowledge in

1. Open VMS/ Unix Monitoring & Management

2. Hypervisor Monitoring & Management

3. Storage Monitoring & Management

4. Windows Administration.
- Analysing the logs and taking effective action on them
- Knowledge about OS and DB Clustering
- Responsible to be onsite along with the customer and take responsibility of all BAU activities with respect to JIT, Connect Direct & APM Systems
- Co-ordination with Onsite Customer Application & EMEA team for APM system, JIT & Connect Direct System in case of issues & new requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Connect Direct vendor for system issues and support.
- Monitoring Automated Job/Batch Process and File Transfers within JIT and Connect Direct systems.
- Printer configuration and Management.
- Daily Reporting of System Health.
- Coordinate in projects and help in giving correct data to the required teams
- Maintain documentation in line with the network solution implemented and update changes if any. Troubleshoot Incidents & Resolve if applicable for our queue or transfer the ticket to the appropriate queue.
- Perform backup of configuration files periodically or as and when changes are affected.
