*Position Overview:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Administrative Support:* Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- *Travel Coordination:* Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
- *Document Management:* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and other purposes.
- *Project Coordination:* Assist in coordinating ongoing construction projects, maintaining project timelines, and communicating with project teams.
- *Client Relations:* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- *Event Planning:* Organize and manage events, meetings, and site visits related to the company’s activities.
- *Confidentiality:* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and project information.
- *General Office Support:* Assist in office organization and day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- *Educational Qualification:*
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in construction management or real estate will be a plus.
- *Experience:*
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Prior experience in supporting senior management or executives is highly preferred.
- *Skills and Competencies:*
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or real estate market is an advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.

- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or meetings.
